PVC Four Pipe Making Machine
+25% Output Efficlency
-15% Energy Consumption
99.6% Stable Operation Rate
Why our pipe extruder stands out
- Industry-Leading Maximum Output: Our PVC production line achieves a maximum output of 750 kg/h for 450–630 mm pipes, meeting the demands of large-scale production.
- Optimized Extrusion Mould with Thermal Centering: Deeply calculated internal flow channels eliminate spider lines and material stagnation. Combined with advanced thermal centering technology, it ensures extremely low pipe eccentricity and highly uniform wall thickness from the moment the melt exits the die.
- The Ultimate Fusion of Power & Efficiency: Designed specifically to harness the massive throughput and ultra-high head pressure of MIDTECH's premium conical twin-screw extruders. By distributing the homogenized PVC melt into four strands simultaneously, a single extruder matches the output of four individual single-strand lines.
- Precision Quad-Cavity Balanced Flow Die: Features an advanced internal flow channel system with an engineered multi-stage symmetric splitter. This guarantees an exact 25/25/25/25 distribution of melt velocity, temperature, and pressure, ensuring all four pipe strands achieve flawless dimensional consistency.
As your trusted turnkey partner, MIDTECH delivers a fully integrated, high-speed quad-system—including automated material feeding, heavy-duty conical twin-screw extrusion, quad-cavity die assemblies, parallelized stainless steel vacuum calibration and spray cooling tunnels, independent quad servo haul-offs, high-speed scrap-free cutters, and automated quad stacking or belling units.

FAQ
What makes a Four-Strand line better than running multiple Single-Strand lines?
The primary advantage is unrivaled operational economy. A Four-Strand line produces the volume of four single lines but only requires one extruder, one control panel, one operator, and significantly less factory space. More importantly, the specific energy consumption (electricity consumed per kilogram of pipe produced) is slashed by up to 50% because heating and driving a single large extruder is drastically more efficient than running four small individual ones.
Is it difficult for operators to manage four pipe strands at the same time?
While it sounds complex, MIDTECH has eliminated the operational difficulty via automation. Our lines feature an integrated “Centralized Automation Interface” and our “Smart Recipe Data Center”. All parameters for the extruder and all four downstream lines are synced together. Starting up the line is simple: baseline formulas are recalled with one touch, and the automated closed-loop system auto-corrects the line speeds to match the extrusion pressure.
What happens if one of the four strands experiences a pipe break or an issue?
You do not need to shut down production. MIDTECH’s four-strand downstream systems are designed in separate, independent pairs or quadrants. If one strand encounters an issue, the operator can simply stop the traction for that specific strand, clear the material, and re-pull the pipe while the remaining three strands continue running at full production speeds.
Can a four-strand line process high-calcium formulations?
Yes. Because we utilize our high-torque Conical Twin-Screw Extruder as the beating heart of this line, it handles high-calcium filler with ease. The progressive mechanical shear of the conical screws provides the intensive mixing required to blend fillers smoothly into the PVC matrix, ensuring your pipes still pass all rigid impact tests while keeping material costs to a minimum.
A four-strand line is highly specialized for small pipe diameters, typically ranging from 16-32mm. For larger pipe diameters, the physical dimensions of the die head and cooling tanks become too massive to stack side-by-side efficiently.
