With the rapid development of polymer materials, the development and utilization of plastic pipes and the continuous improvement of the production process, plastic pipes have perfectly demonstrated the excellent performance. Among them, polyethylene pipes are widely used in gas transportation, water supply, sewage, agricultural irrigation, fine particle solid transportation in mines, as well as oilfield, chemical industry and other fields.
The performance of the pipe is the key to ensure the serviceability of the water supply and drainage system infrastructure. Compared with the leakage and pollution problems of the traditional concrete pipe, the plastic pipe has excellent performance, safety and reliability, easy installation, mature technology, non-corrosion, long life and recycling. It has been widely used in a wide range of fields such as municipal administration, construction, agriculture, and industry.
MIDTECH’s new generation of plastic extruders – Midtech High Speed High density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe production line is suitable for irrigation industry, pressure pipe, gas pipe, conduit pipe, diameter from 16-1200mm. Midtech extruders are characterized by high efficiency and sustainable development, the quality and innovation ensure that they meet the different needs of various plastic piping applications. The HDPE pipe production line is equipped with fully automatic PLC control systems such as ultrasonic scanning devices, meter weight measurement control systems, and wall thickness monitors. Dynamic control of the product during the production process ,ensure the production quality of each meter of pipe. Midtech provide customers with the most energy-efficient production equipment.
MIDTECH has specially developed a special screw ratio design of 38:1, which is more specialized in providing efficient production. So far, demo plants have been successfully established in Saudi Arabia, Brazil, Algeria and other countries. This helps us provide customized solutions and customized products better .
